Shopping at GREDE Gear is easy. You can place orders online in a secure environment.

Click on login and register if you are a new customer and just follow the directions and you'll be able to select and purchase from among many products. Next to each of the items in our store, you'll see the submit button to add to your cart. 

To make a selection, enter the quantity you'd like to order in the quantity text box and then click the Add to Cart button and the item will be added to your shopping cart. When you've finished shopping, you can review totals, remove or add items to your selection, and submit your order.

You will see the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of your screen while you shop. You may click on this button at any time to view, modify or delete items from your shopping cart. 

Inventory Availability

When placing your order online, you will see one of the following inventory status comments for each product with its availability. Please see below for descriptions for each. 

  • In Stock:The item you are requesting is currently in stock and available to ship.
  • Pre-Sell:This item is available for advanced ordering. It will ship when in stock.
  • Back Order:The item you are requesting is on re-order, and will be available shortly. Any items you order which exceed the available quantity will remain on order in back-ordered status. These items will be shipped to you in one shipment when the last item becomes available. You will be charged for the items at that time. If you have any questions regarding back-ordered items, please drop us a note at hello@gredegear.com
  • Out of Stock:The item you are requesting is out of stock and no longer available.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Gift cards are valid only at gredegear.com
  • Gift cards are redeemable immediately upon receipt. Please keep this information secure.
  • The value of a gift card is redeemable for all costs, including merchandise, applicable sales tax and shipping fees.
  • Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot not be replaced.
  • Gift cards are valid through December 31, 2023.
  • If your order total exceeds your gift card or gift certificate amount, please include payment for the balance.

Shipping Information

Shipping is available only to the United States at this time.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping and handling charges will be automatically calculated and added to your order based on the total weight of your order. You will have a chance to review your final estimated shipping and handling charge prior to the completion of your order. 

Most orders for in-stock items will ship from our warehouse within 48 hours of receipt of approved order.

If merchandise is shipped from an off-site warehouse or directly from a manufacturer, please allow 2-3 weeks for shipment.

Shipping Damage 

Inspect all packages immediately upon receipt. You may refuse delivery of a damaged package. All damages, shortages or errors must be reported to customer service within one week of receipt of the package. Please include your order number ready on all correspondence with customer service so that the representative may file a damage claim with the carrier. Once the carrier has confirmed the damaged shipment, a replacement unit will be shipped at no expense to you.


Should it become necessary to return any product, email Customer Care at hello@gredegear.com to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#). Unauthorized returns without an RA # will not be accepted. All returned product must be complete and include all components of the item being returned, such as cables, adapters, etc.

If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage, defective, or incorrect item contact Customer Care within 30 days of receipt of the product to initiate such a return or exchange. No returns or exchanges may be made after 30 days.

Please note that all returns and exchanges for product that is not damaged or defective may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Worn apparel items and any customized product shipped directly from the manufacturer are not eligible for return.

Your Privacy

Our site does not currently employ a mechanism for collecting personal information provided to us other than that to ensure proper delivery of ordered and requested merchandise.
